Mark Todd is a chartered accountant and a chartered member of the Institute of Directors.
He was appointed as an Arts Centre board trustee in 2015, and reappointed under the Act in 2018.
His executive career concluded with 17 years working for outdoor clothing and equipment brand Kathmandu, as chief financial officer and latterly chief operating officer. Mark was also a director of Kathmandu Holdings for six years after it was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and New Zealand Exchange (NZX) in 2009.
Mark is now a full-time independent consultant and non-executive director. He is an independent director of Paper Plus, McKenzie & Willis and Lotto New Zealand. He is an advisory board member for Stirling Sports, and at City Care he is an independent director and chairs the firm’s risk audit and finance subcommittee.
