Ron, being a balding tailor, started designing merino wool products 20 years ago in an effort to keep warm and comfortable. And so Southern Merino was born.
The Christchurch-made range includes 100% merino wool beanies, hand warmers, snoods, headbands and neck-warmers in a wide range of popular colours, making them sought after by locals and tourists alike.
Complementing the merino brand is Gilly’s range of 100% cotton tie dye garments and accessories that will take some customers right back to the original Arts Centre Market days.
Dyed in her small apartment kitchen, the tees, tights, tote bags, socks and more are a fun bright addition to the mākete and loved by all ages.
