Venue: Great Hall

Violinist Fiona Pears and guitarist Connor Hartley-Hall share a love of Gypsy jazz. This music was originally made famous by legendary guitarist Django Reinhardt and French virtuoso violinist Stéphane Grappelli, when they formed the 'Quintette du Hot Club de France' back in the 1930s. The music Fiona and Connor will be performing as part of the Great Hall Lunchtime Concert Series 2020 will be a mix of fiery Gypsy jazz, heart-warming ballads along with some well-known classics.

The Lunchtime Concert Series presents a stellar line-up of renowned local, national and international artists performing in a beautiful heritage venue.
